LinkedIn prep for recruiting screens and interviews
Before a screen or interview, open the candidate's LinkedIn profile and click Prep for Meeting. You get a plain-language career arc, the moves worth asking about, any overlap between you, and polite watch-outs — such as a very recent job change or a name whose pronunciation is worth checking.
