By creating an account, installing the Call Me Ready extension, or otherwise using our service (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Call Me Ready is

Call Me Ready is a browser extension and companion web app that generates AI-written meeting briefs from LinkedIn profile pages you choose to prep for. Call Me Ready is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Do not share your credentials.

4. Acceptable use

  • Use Call Me Ready only for lawful, personal or internal business purposes such as preparing for meetings you have arranged.
  • Do not use Call Me Ready to bulk-scrape, harvest, or mirror LinkedIn data. The extension is designed for one-profile-at-a-time, click-triggered use.
  • Do not use Call Me Ready to harass, stalk, discriminate against, or profile individuals in violation of applicable law.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service and any applicable laws regarding personal data in your jurisdiction.

5. AI-generated content

Briefs are produced by a large language model and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify important facts before acting on them. Call Me Ready is a preparation aid, not a source of truth.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees

Call Me Ready is currently free to use during beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, existing users will be notified before any charges apply.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal, security, or reputational risk to the Service or its users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that briefs will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Call Me Ready and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
